These Terms of Service apply to use of https://riqyx.com and purchases from Riqyx, trading as Riqyx Store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or act with the required authorization. You agree to provide accurate order and contact information, use authorized payment methods, and use the website lawfully. You may not interfere with the store’s security, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe the rights of others.

Products and descriptions

We offer home décor and everyday household goods. Please review each product’s dimensions, materials, finish, quantity, intended use, and included accessories before purchasing. Photography may show styling accessories that are not included; the product listing identifies what is supplied.

Screen settings can affect color appearance, and natural materials may have variations described in the listing. These variations do not excuse material inaccuracies in our descriptions. A product that is materially different from its description may qualify for a remedy under our Refund Policy or applicable law.

Follow product-specific installation, care, load-limit, and safety instructions. Decorative items are not intended to be toys, food-contact products, or structural supports unless expressly described and suitable for that use. Any batteries, mounting hardware, frames, or other accessories included with an item will be stated in its listing.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed costs are shown before you place an order. Available payment methods are Visa and Mastercard only. You authorize the displayed total when you submit payment.

Prices and availability may change for future purchases. We do not apply a later price increase to a confirmed order. If a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue; we will not impose a different price or substitute an item without your consent.

Orders and availability

An order acknowledgment confirms that we have received your order. We may be unable to fulfill an order because of an actual stock discrepancy, an unresolved payment issue, a shipping restriction, or reasonably suspected fraud. If this occurs, we will notify you and refund amounts collected for any canceled items. We will not advertise unavailable items as available for immediate purchase.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Products are made to order and enter our automated production queue immediately after purchase. Send any routine cancellation or modification request to info@riqyx.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Requests sent later cannot ordinarily be accepted. The email sent time determines timeliness, not the time we reply. Mandatory cancellation rights, including applicable shipping-delay rights, are unaffected.

Our Shipping Policy describes delivery areas, handling and transit estimates, shipping charges, tracking, and delay procedures. Our Refund Policy describes return eligibility, costs, refund timing, cancellation requests, and remedies for damaged or incorrect goods. These policies form part of the terms applicable to your purchase. Mandatory consumer rights prevail if a policy term conflicts with applicable law.

Accounts and communications

If you create an account, keep your login information confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may send communications necessary to process and support your order. Optional marketing is subject to your choices and our Privacy Policy.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review or product photograph for publication, you confirm that you have the right to do so. You grant us a nonexclusive permission to display that content in connection with the reviewed product and our store, subject to applicable law and any separate permission needed for other uses. You retain ownership of your content.

Reviews must reflect actual experiences and may not contain unlawful material or another person’s private information. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews or condition remedies on removing a truthful review.

Website content and third-party services

Our website content and relevant intellectual property remain the property of their owners. Third-party services or links may have their own terms and privacy practices. This does not remove our responsibilities for the products we sell or the service providers we use to fulfill our obligations to you.

Warranties and responsibility

Any express product warranty will be stated with the product or provided with it. These terms do not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you experience a product or order problem, contact us so we can address it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by law and are also subject to any mandatory consumer protection regulations applicable in your place of residence. Nothing in these terms deprives you of your rights under applicable law to access courts or regulatory bodies or to seek redress. Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms in effect when you place an order govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree to it. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
